Inbound Call Centre Representative Directors' Choice is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Call Centre Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. In this vital role, you'll handle calls for a large number of Funeral Home accounts, with high levels of empathy and compassion. This is an in-office position. If you possess excellent communication skills and computer literacy, we encourage you to apply. Verify and meticulously enter information into our system, providing clients with confidence that their issues will be effectively communicated. Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar. Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment. Availability to work one weekend day. Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training in a positive,
