This is a senior-level role requiring proven success negotiating and managing large enterprise agreements with major professional services organizations such as IBM, Accenture, and other global consulting and technology providers. The ideal candidate is sharp, highly strategic, and comfortable operating as a trusted advisor on complex commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead commercial management and negotiation of IT vendor agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), contract renewals, amendments, pricing schedules, and rate cards.
- Review and analyze vendor contracts to identify financial, commercial, operational, and contractual risks while providing recommendations that drive favorable business outcomes.
- Support enterprise vendor spend transformation initiatives by analyzing spend patterns, identifying optimization opportunities, and developing executive-ready recommendations.

- Manage and optimize MSP and contingent workforce programs, including supplier governance, SLA monitoring, performance management, spend compliance, workforce classification, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Monitor vendor performance trends and service delivery against contractual SLAs, identify service failures, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions based on contractual obligations and business objectives.
- Lead strategic sourcing events, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes through vendor evaluation, negotiation, selection, and award recommendation.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and executive stakeholders to drive contract execution, vendor governance, and strategic supplier relationships.
- Exercise strong business judgment and critical thinking to independently solve complex commercial challenges and develop actionable recommendations with minimal direction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to VMO leadership by providing strategic insights and decision support on vendor spend, contract strategy, supplier performance, commercial risk management, and negotiation initiatives.
- Manage and oversee large-scale skilled services vendor relationships and contractual commitments, including vendors supporting enterprise agreements exceeding $500M in annual spend.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Proven experience negotiating and managing large enterprise professional services agreements with global vendors such as IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys, TCS, or similar organizations.
- Hands-on experience managing or optimizing MSP and contingent workforce programs within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong contract expertise with the ability to interpret and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, pricing schedules, liability provisions, termination rights, and commercial terms.

- Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including total cost of ownership (TCO), benchmark analysis, vendor spend analysis, savings identification, and rate benchmarking.
- Strong critical thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to independently manage assignments and deliver results without extensive guidance.
- Executive-level written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience advising VP and senior leadership stakeholders.
