Experience in positively influencing instruction, curriculum, assessment, and social-emotional learning practices in a team-oriented environment. Superior work ethic and social emotional competencies, excellent reflective judgment, and commitment to building effective school communities. Experience and qualifications in French Immersion, International Baccalaureate or Inclusive Education would be an asset. A Master's Degree or evidence of active post-graduate study leading to a Master's Degree in an appropriate educational field. Principal and Vice-Principal compensation is determined by the BC Public School Employers Association. The salary range for Vice-Principals is $134,000 to $149,000 and the salary range for Principals is $153,000 to $170,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package including pension. A suitable background of academic preparation and experience is required.
