- Coordinatingawiderangeofcorporatelearningprograms,includingscheduling,promotion,logistics,andfollow-uptoensurehigh-quality,well-organized,andaccessiblelearningexperiences.
- Supportingthecreation,formatting,anduploadof-elearningcontentandlearningmaterialsincollaborationwithsubjectmatterexperts.
- Supportingrecruitmentandselectionprocessesincludingpostingjobs,recruitmentpromotionandmedia,candidatecommunications,interviewcoordinationandparticipation,andpre-boardingandonboardingactivities.
- Providingcoordinationandsupportfortalentmanagementinitiatives,includingperformancemanagement,mentoringprograms,successionplanning,leadershipdevelopment,andemployeerecognition.
- Actingasakeypointofcontactforemployeesandleadersontalentandlearningandbuildingstrongrelationshipsacrosstheorganization;providingresponsiveprofessionalsupporttointernalandexternalstakeholders.

Thepreferredcandidateholds:

- UniversitydegreeinHumanResourcesorrelatedfieldandpost-secondarydiplomainHumanResources.




- Minimumoftwo(2)tothree(3)years’experienceinaHumanResourcesenvironmentwithadministrativeexperienceinabroadrangeofHRfunctionalactivities.Experienceinlearninganddevelopmentprogramsandinaunionizedenvironmentisanasset.
- CertifiedHumanResourcesProfessional(CHRP)designationorhigher-leveldesignationrequired.
- Knowledgeofandproficiencyusingavarietyoflearningmediasuchaselectronicpresentationformatsandtechnologies,integratedmultimediaandonlinelearningtechnologies,videoconferencingandin-houseclassroomdesign.
- Availabilitytoaccommodatedeadlinesandattendeveningand/orweekendmeetingsorothereventsasrequired.

Thewagerangeforthisupcomingnewandvacantcontractpositionis$38.27-$48.85perhour(basedona35-hourweek)andthesuccessfulcandidatewillbecompensatedwithinthisrange.
