Mid to Senior Level Litigation Associate Full-Time Position WeirFoulds LLP is seeking a senior level associate lawyer to join our thriving Litigation Practice Group. The successful candidate will practice both Commercial Litigation as well as Estates and Trusts Litigation. 5+ years of practice experience working on complex Commercial Litigation matters; experience or interest in Estates and Trusts litigation matters is an added asset ~ Solid technical, legal, research, drafting and organization skills ~ Ability tobalance competingdemands as well as be self-motivated,innovativeand flexible ~ Excellent academic credentials The successful candidate will work with a few of our commercial litigators on a variety of challenging, sophisticated and complex business and estate litigation cases,representinga broad range of clients.
