Account Manager (Vancouver) Sales and Business Development As an Account Manager with Deswik, you will leverage your extensive mine planning experience to oversee and grow Deswik’s regional customer base across North America. Develop new business, manage current accounts, draft proposals and negotiate contracts Build cooperative relationships with customer stakeholders, including frontline site teams, general managers, and corporate executives Support the planning and delivery of high-quality software implementations and consulting services Exceed customer expectations by delivering increased value from existing investments and building genuine partnerships Manage customer relationships professionally, addressing any issues or concerns promptly 5+ years’ experience in the mining industry, holding technical or operational positions Solid understanding of site operations,



and knows what it takes to get things done on site Deep understanding of mining engineering and mining technical problems You have held previous sales or customer/stakeholder management roles and dealt with commercial negotiations Skilled in assembling people, technology, and processes to create mine planning systems Strong influencing skills, capable of supporting change management in large organizations and delivering value through your people skills Flexible, hybrid schedule – we work 2 days from home, 3 days in our Vancouver office.
