Job Summary

We are seeking a personable and attentive Bottle Service professional to provide exceptional guest experiences at our upscale venue. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer service, managing orders efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves serving beverages, upselling specials, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a lively workplace that emphasizes hospitality and professionalism.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and assist with selecting bottle service options tailored to their preferences
- Take beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and accountability
- Upsell food and drink specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during service
- Assist with guest inquiries, providing excellent guest services throughout their visit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality of service

Skills

- Proven experience in food service,



restaurant, or hospitality environments with a focus on guest services
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order entry and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and upselling transactions
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or parties simultaneously
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or food preparation is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
