Are you a passionate hairstylist ready to take the next step in your career? First Choice Haircutters is looking for a motivated and professional Assistant Salon Manager to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the chair while taking on additional leadership responsibilities and working closely with the Salon Manager to support the team and daily salon operations.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service and quality hair services to our clients
- Working closely with the Salon Manager to support daily operations and achieve salon goals
- Assisting with team leadership, coaching, and staff development
- Helping maintain salon standards, organization, and a positive team environment
- Supporting scheduling, inventory, and other operational duties as needed




- Leading by example and helping create a welcoming experience for both clients and team members

What we’re looking for:

- A licensed hairstylist with a passion for the industry
- Previous leadership or management experience is an asset
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, skilled approach, and strong work ethic
- Someone who is dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative
