WHO WE ARE

Skyline QS is an independent Quantity Surveying firm with offices in Edmonton, Calgary and Regina. Since 2018, we've been the independent voice on cost for insurers, adjusters, contractors and owners on fire, water and wind losses across Canada. Houses, hotels, churches, arenas, malls, industrial buildings. No two files look the same.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Inspect sites, measure, and build the scope of loss
- Review contractor scopes, Xactimate estimates and T&M; invoices
- Prepare ROMs, RCV/ACV valuations and payment recommendations
- Build demolition and rebuild bid packages, then analyze the bids that come back
- Review contracts,



change orders, schedules and site reports
- Build strong client relationships and help grow the Skyline brand

WHAT YOU BRING

- 3+ years in property restoration, construction, quantity surveying or building consulting
- Estimating experience. Xactimate or RSMeans is a solid asset.
- Sharp writing and analysis, and the confidence to stand behind a number
- Organized, self-directed, and a good teammate
- A valid driver's licence, a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel
- Bonus points for a PQS, CET, Gold Seal, IICRC certification or related degree
