What We're Looking For
- Previous professional residential cleaning experience is required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
- A positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning residential homes throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas
- Completing kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces to our standards
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and detailed cleaning
- Following customized client cleaning plans
- Completing initial and final walkthroughs
- Communicating with the office about client requests or concerns
- Delivering a consistent, high-quality cleaning experience
