This opportunity is NOT for someone new to cleaning or looking to start their first cleaning business.

We're looking for independent cleaners who already operate their own cleaning business, have their own clients, and have proven professional residential cleaning experience.

If you've built your own client base, know how to deliver exceptional cleaning services and want additional booking opportunities without having to do all the marketing yourself, we'd love to hear from you!

Our Requirements – Please Read Before Applying

You MUST meet ALL of the following requirements:

- Currently own and operate an established residential cleaning business
- Have your own active residential cleaning clients
- Have proven, hands-on professional residential cleaning experience
- Have experience independently managing clients, scheduling and cleaning services




- Own your professional cleaning equipment and supplies
- Have reliable transportation
- Demonstrate excellent cleaning standards and attention to detail
- Be dependable, professional and responsive to communication
- Be able to provide a valid criminal record check
- Be comfortable operating as a self-employed independent contractor

We are NOT looking for:

- Individuals with no professional cleaning experience
- People who have never operated their own cleaning business
- Applicants looking for a traditional hourly employee position
- Individuals who do not have their own cleaning equipment or supplies

How Our Partnership Works

You continue operating your own independent cleaning business while accepting additional residential cleaning bookings through Polished Cleaning Services.

You decide your availability, which bookings to accept and how to manage your own business.

Polished handles client acquisition, marketing, booking coordination and administrative support.

Contractors receive 60% of the residential booking value, subject to the marketing and platform services charge outlined in our agreement. You also have the ability to negotiate the rate with notice.

This is a business-to-business subcontracting arrangement, not employment. No minimum number of bookings is guaranteed.
