We are looking for a Class 1 Yard Shunter Driver in Berwick Nova Scotia.

$26.01 Per Hour

45 Hours Per Week

4% Accumulated Vacation Pay

Home Daily

Monday to Friday

4 Day Shifts- Start Time: 6:00 AM

Weekends Off

Job Description:

- Using a day cab truck, move equipment between loading docks, yard lanes, and designated staging areas.

- Safely performshunting duties within the terminal, including trailer spotting, trailer swaps, and yard coordination.

- Communicate with dispatch, dock staff, and operations teams to support daily scheduling needs.

- Trailers are Curtain side- You will be required to open and close (pulling and pushing) curtain on trailer.





- Crank Dolley legs up and down multiple times throughout the shift.

A Successful Candidate will have the following:

Valid Class 1 Driver's License

Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class 1 driving experience

Ability to Drive Manual trucks

Driver's Abstract (no older than 30 days)

Security Background Check (completed in-house)

Experience with Curtain side trailers considered an asset

Pay: $26.01 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
