We are seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented cleaner to assist with general school cleaning on an as-needed basis to cover staff absences. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming learning setting for our students and staff.

Responsibilities:

Washing and sanitizing student desks and tabletop surfaces

Emptying garbage and recycling bins throughout the building

Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathroom facilities

Sweeping floors and spot-mopping hallways and common areas

Performing general cleaning duties as assigned during coverage hours

Requirements & Qualifications:

Valid Criminal Record Check (with Vulnerable Sector Check) required prior to start

Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance (for independent contractors or service providers)
