Nanny & Housekeeper Position – Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable, caring, and organized nanny/housekeeper to help our family with two young children and household tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and keeping a home running smoothly.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Hours: 6–8 hours per day
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Location: Edmonton

Work authorization: Applicants must already have valid Canadian work authorization. No LMIA sponsorship is available.

- Applicants must have a criminal record check

Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping

General house cleaning and tidying
Kitchen cleanup, including dishes and wiping counters
Laundry, folding, and putting clothes away, vacuuming. No deep cleaning
Keeping the home organized and tidy

1. Cooking & Meal Preparation

Prepare some family meals and simple snacks
Assist with meal preparation and basic kitchen tasks
Help with making kids lunches
Clean up after cooking

1. Childcare when needed

My children are 7 and 5 years old. I am due with my third child in December.



The kids may need morning care, getting ready for school help, after school snacks, play, and bedtime help.
I may also need care for our two children when they are sick and unable to attend daycare or school
Provide attentive, nurturing care and keep the children comfortable and occupied

Help maintain a safe, calm, and positive home workplace

Ideal Candidate

Trustworthy, dependable, and organized. It’s very important that the candidate can understand and carry out the tasks as requested.
Experienced with housekeeping
Enjoys children and has childcare experience
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Valid driver’s licence is an asset
