This role is temporary as we are looking for someone to fill in for our current nanny for the next 10 weeks while she is away.

We are a busy family in search of a reliable, energetic, and experienced part time nanny to assist with our three children currently ages 5, 7, 9 (kindergarten, grade 2, and grade 4). This role focuses primarily on transportation, meal preparation, and after-school structure, with an emphasis on creating a fun, organized routine that includes learning activities, outdoor play, and sports preparation.

We provide our own minivan for all driving needs.

Estimated Start Date: ASAP
Location: Varsity NW, Calgary, AB

Vehicle: Mini-van provided for transporting children

We have options for scheduling.

Schedule Option 1: 4 days a week. Part-time. Split Shift

- Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 7:00 am - 9:30 am; and 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm
- Tuesday - Full day - 7:00am - 5:30 pm

Morning: Arrive at 7:00 am to help with morning routines & breakfast, prepare school lunches & backpacks, drop off children at school by 8:20 AM, return home to tidy up (shift ends by 9:30 AM).

Afternoon: Start at 2 PM, pick up the children from school at 2:50 PM then oversee after-school activities/drive to sports until 5:30 PM.

Schedule Option 2: 4 days a week - Monday - Thursday Full Days - 7 am - 5:30 pm

Schedule Option 3: 4 days a week - Monday - Thursday 10:45am - 6:00 pm

Rate: $25/hr

Years of Experience: Experience with at least one family of 3 kids for over 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Transportation: Safely drive children to and from school, daycare, parks, and after-school activities (e.g., hockey practices) using our family minivan.

Meal Preparation: Prepare and pack lunches,



as well as simple after-school snacks.

After-School Structure: Create a consistent routine including educational activities (e.g., reading, homework support, or light learning games), outdoor time at parks, and preparing kids for hockey or other extracurriculars.

General Support: Assist with getting children ready in the mornings and evenings, ensuring a smooth transition between activities, and maintaining a positive, engaging atmosphere.

Light Housekeeping: Emptying dishwasher, sweep/mop floors as needed, toy pick up, keeping house organized and tidy through the day.

- Comfortable Driving Mini-Van: Yes
