As a Finance Manager at Aspire Software, you will report directly to the Director of Finance. Key responsibilities include overseeing month-end close, financial analysis, and coordinating with the finance team and subsidiary Portfolio Managers. This is a critical role that directly impacts financial performance and strategic initiatives across multiple companies. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage period-end close and monthly financial reporting
- Drive financial planning through KPI analysis
- Build accurate forecasts and track performance trends




- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial processes
- Lead the annual statutory audits and corporate audit preparations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- 5+ years of finance experience, including 2+ years in management
- Strong internal control and financial analysis capabilities
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Fluent in English, with robust communication skills
