We’re looking for dependable, friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team and help us deliver a welcoming, professional retail experience.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable and skilled customer service.
- Assist customers with product information and general inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
- Receive, organize and maintain inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional store environment.
- Follow all age-verification, security and cannabis retail compliance procedures.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support daily operations.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently.




- Attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Comfortable learning retail technology and inventory systems.
- Willingness to work a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Cannabis retail experience and CannSell certification are assets; candidates willing to complete required training are welcome to apply.
