CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Compensation in Montreal to lead a small team and drive governance, strategy and execution of compensation programs. You will oversee market benchmarking, salary planning, job evaluation, and pay equity initiatives, while coordinating with unions, ATIP compliance, and cross-functional HR partners.

The role requires 8–10 years in HR with 5+ in compensation, robust bilingual capabilities (French/English), and a leadership track in unionized
