We’re looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef Assistant who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow their skills. Job Responsibilities

- Follow recipes, baking methods, and procedures as directed by the Pastry Chef or Head Chef.

- Assist with preparing and producing pastries, baked goods, desserts, and other pastry components.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

- Follow food safety plans, culinary standards, and company policies.

- Bring creativity, new ideas, and a willingness to learn and try new techniques.

- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace.

- Work collaboratively with the culinary team, treating equipment with care.

- Meet the physical requirements of the position.

- Winter employment (December–April),



with the opportunity to continue into the Summer season.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

- A strong interest in pastry and baking, with a desire to develop culinary skills.

- Knowledge of pastry and baking techniques is an asset.

- Familiarity with culinary terminology and techniques is an asset.

- Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative.

- Culinary school diploma or trade certificate is an asset.

- Valid Food Safe certificate.
