The House of Commons Administration is seeking a Senior Corporate Compensation and Total Rewards Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of our compensation framework. You will ensure fairness, competitiveness, and compliance while aligning programs with organizational goals.

You will conduct market surveys, benchmark data, advise on policy changes, and collaborate with finance to forecast budgets for recent compensation programs.
