Inpho’s new class of electro-photonic chips is poised to revolutionize and disrupt the optical interconnect market. new architectures to be deployed that provide significantly higher price/performance; This role will manage products through the development process working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, delivering the product to the market quickly, cost effectively, and efficiently.
Guide multi-disciplinary teams across R&D;, operations, and supply chain including contract manufactures.
Recent Product Introduction (NPI): Manage product lifecycles from early planning and prototype builds through qualification and volume manufacturing ramp.
Manage project to ensure supply chain readiness, capacity readiness, track BOM costs and yield improvements to hit margin targets.
Timeline Management: Define project scope, create detailed schedules, and track major milestones. Manage project expenses, resource allocation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or related technical discipline.





- 5+ years experience in NPI experience managing complex product launches.
- Extensive fiber optics industry experience and broad knowledge of electronics, photonics, and optical communications are strong assets for success in this role.
- Proven tracking record of influencing external vendors and managing global contract manufacturing partners.

Excellent communication across engineering and commercial functions, internally and externally.

The expected compensation range for this position is CAD$115,000 - $150,000 annually.
