You will organize project resources, track operational tasks, and coordinate work across departments to support delivery for K-12 school boards and regulatory bodies. If you enjoy creating order out of moving parts and keeping projects running seamlessly on schedule, this role is for you. Serve as the primary operational liaison between client stakeholders and internal Vretta teams to support transparent, timely communication and project updates.

Prioritize and resolve live operational issues, including managing Level 3 technical escalations by gathering requirements and coordinating with internal teams to minimize assessment disruptions.

Coordinate resource allocation and facilitate cross-team assignments to maintain active operations, SOP compliance, and effective project coverage.

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational performance data to monitor continuous stability and provide actionable insights to the Head of Operations.

Relay operational feedback, bug reports, and key insights to product and project teams for iterative improvements.

Support knowledge transfer and post-allocation training to ensure team members are fully equipped to handle recent project assignments.

Execute operational and client reporting, ensuring all data is accurate, transparent, and delivered on time.

Maintain a deep understanding of internal products, projects, and operational workflows to act as a central resource and subject matter expert for the team.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with a strong understanding of customer support workflows, operational metrics, and process management.

Highly motivated, organized, personable and able to work with a team, with proven experience in operations, customer success, or project management roles (ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or a similar client-centric environment).

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Notion, Gitlab, Jira, data analysis, and familiar with MS Project, CRM, ticketing, and reporting systems.

Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, with the ability to influence across teams and manage competing priorities.

Being bilingual (English and French) is a bonus.

Work at the cutting edge of education on products that make a meaningful impact on students' lives globally.

Organic and stable business model offering great stability for employees.
