Our location is our stage. We’re looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant. The Room Attendant performs routine duties in the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and bathrooms under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor and/or the Executive Housekeeper. The Room Attendant is expected to promote a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and able to address guest requests and problems and who is ready to take center stage, lead with energy, and help us build something exceptional.

The Room Attendant is an administrative and strategic powerhouse. You will oversee sales strategies that elevate our brand presence and activate the hotel for our target audience—from corporate high-flyers to weekend trendsetters—while managing proactive group and catering sales efforts.

The Room Attendant is primarily responsible for:

Enters and prepares the room for cleaning;

Makes the bed(s) according to hotel standards;

Performs rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) Maintains work area and equipment according to hotel standards;





Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him;

In addition to the core job responsibilities, the Room Attendant will illustrate the ability and passion to:

Live the corporate culture, personifying it in daily interactions with both guests and team members

Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces;

Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift;

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
