Design, develop, and maintain high-performing solutions on the Salesforce and nCino platforms.

Analyze business requirements and recommend technology solutions to optimize commercial financing processes.

Develop features, automations, configurations, and integrations that drive operational efficiency and business value.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, quality assurance specialists, and business partners in an Agile environment.

Contribute to the evolution of the application architecture and promote best practices in quality, security, and performance.

Support deployments, resolve complex technical issues, and participate in the continuous improvement of solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of relevant software development experience.

Significant experience developing nCino solutions within a banking or financial services environment.

Experience developing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and API-based integrations.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Knowledge of the banking industry or commercial financing is considered an asset.
