GE HealthCare seeks a Field Service Representative to provide technical service and repairs for diagnostic imaging equipment to hospitals and clinics across Newfoundland and Labrador, with travel to neighboring provinces and the USA for training required.

Responsibilities

Deliver preventative and remedial service on diagnostic imaging systems including installation and calibration

Provide technical support outside normal business hours and participate in on-call rotations

Document service calls, analyze service history, and maintain customer and internal service records

Manage repair parts cycles to meet business targets and communicate daily with customers

Develop advisory role with assigned hospitals and coordinate with field customer team and account managers

Requirements

Technical diploma in electronics engineering or equivalent experience

Valid Canadian driver's license and passport

Proven customer service skills with solid communication abilities

Technical troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and lift up to 35 lbs unassisted

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications

Experience responding to customer concerns and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
