We are currently recruiting a Sales Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals in Bathurst, NB.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide high level customer service to clients and potential customers, initiation of prospect calls and the establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to Sales/Branch Manager with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize product/service features and advantages, quote prices, and prepare customer sales orders.
As an Eddy Group Ltd Sales Associate,



your role will be to exemplify our brand image as an ambassador and provide positive brand experiences to all customers. You will have a sales background with proven customer service skills and a positive attitude. Strong knowledge of wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC or related field considered a strong asset.
Administrative experience is an asset.
