Agilent seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of laboratory instruments and systems for pathology and genomics applications. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing hardware and software configurations, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple customer sites in Ontario.

Responsibilities

Install, implement, maintain and repair pathology and genomics instruments and multi-vendor systems on-site

Diagnose and resolve product performance problems and configure hardware, software and networking solutions

Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations to optimize system performance

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues and deliver integrated solutions





Deliver technical training and may calibrate equipment for customers

Requirements

- Post-secondary degree in science field or equivalent college degree with work experience
- 2+ years experience working in laboratory workplace
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time
- Reside in Ontario area
- Willingness to meet customer credentialing and health/safety requirements

Compensation: $83,680–$130,750 CAD annually plus bonus, stock, and benefits
