We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to work with our remote team on client projects.

You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites across a variety of industries and project types. This may include new website builds, redesigns, e-commerce projects, integrations, and ongoing website improvements.

This is a remote, project-based position for candidates based in Canada. The schedule is flexible, with some availability during Eastern Time Zone working hours required for communication and collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain both custom and theme-based WordPress websites based on client and project requirements.
- Work with WordPress, ACF, Elementor, and other commonly used tools and plugins.
- Develop custom functionality or plugins when required.
- Build responsive pages based on approved designs and layouts.
- Integrate e-commerce, forms, third-party tools, APIs, and other functionality when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including broken elements, server errors, forms, and theme/plugin conflicts.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, responsiveness, and technical SEO.
- Manage website migrations, deployments, domains, hosting, and DNS when required.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members throughout the project.




- Communicate progress clearly and work within agreed timelines and project requirements.

Skills and Requirements

- 3+ years of professional WordPress development experience.
- Strong portfolio of completed WordPress websites.
- Strong experience with WordPress, ACF, Elementor, and theme customization.
- Positive knowledge of back-end technologies including PHP and MySQL.
- Experience working from Figma or other design files is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with website deployment, hosting, domains, and DNS.
- Understanding of website performance, technical SEO, and WordPress best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and provide realistic estimates.
- Clear and reliable communication.
- English required. Ukrainian or Polish is a plus.
