Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a clerical support Associate to join their team.

Job Title: Clerical Support Associate/ Retail Sales

Monday - Friday 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Serving customers in the most productive and courteous manner on the telephone and in person

Up-selling and cross selling Corporate products and services

Handling customer complaints and inquiries

Working with and building a positive relationship with Head Office, local management, drivers, warehousing staff, account managers, and other Corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service

Building a positive relationship with customers; key contacts - vendors, building tenants, etc

Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges

Loading, scanning, logging and calling resolution freight

Cash reconciliation including deposits, key control

Compliance to all corporate policies and procedures (including uniforms)

Other duties as assigned by management

3-12 months customer service experience preferred

3-12 months retail experience preferred

Attention to process, quality, and operational standards.

Weekly pay, every Friday.

Start immediately.
