Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – M1

Schedule: 8-5 Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a licensed AME with M1 rating to join our growing maintenance team in Whitehorse. You'll be responsible for performing and certifying maintenance on our fleet of regional aircraft, with a focus on quality workmanship, safety-first culture, and regulatory compliance.

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fixed-wing aircraft (M1 category)
Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and certify aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada regulations
Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance performed (technical records)
Mentor apprentices and contribute to a strong team environment
Support AOG recoveries when required (minimal travel)




Ability to work independently and make sound maintenance decisions
Robust commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Flexibility to work rotational shifts or evenings/weekends as needed
Overtime opportunities , paid at 1.5x
