For many people, calling us is the first time anyone has explained the Disability Tax Credit in plain language. As a Client Success Specialist, you are that voice. You turn a confusing process into a clear next step, and you get to hear what it means to the families you help when good news arrives.

What you will do

- Be the first person new clients talk to, and make it a good first impression
- Turn questions about the Disability Tax Credit into clear, easy next steps
- Build real relationships with clients and stay with them until their file is done
- Share in the good news with clients when it comes
- Work closely with our tax and medical teams so every client is looked after

What we are looking for

- Experience in customer service, client care, or any role where people come first
- A warm, confident phone manner, and patience with clients who are stressed or unwell
- Clear written English; French is an asset
- Comfort with everyday software, email and video calls
- Care with personal and medical information
- A quiet place to work, a reliable internet connection, and eligibility to work in Canada
