We are looking for a Client Relations Specialist to manage client relationships, ensure a smooth client experience, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is proactive,



organized, and comfortable working with international clients in a fast-paced remote environment.

Conduct regular client check-ins and provide clear updates on ongoing projects, tasks, and deliverables.

Maintain organized records of client communications, requirements, feedback, and project updates.

Gather and communicate client feedback to relevant teams to support service and process improvements.

Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing account management.

3-5 years of experience in Client Relations, Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role.

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

Experience working directly with international clients, preferably US-based clients.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency with Google Workspace and common communication/project management tools.

Experience in a BPO, agency, e-commerce, or remote-services environment .

Experience managing multiple client accounts.

Experience with client onboarding, retention, or account management.

Experience tracking client KPIs or preparing client reports.

Familiarity with tools such as CRM platforms, and project management systems .

Fully remote work environment.
