Job : This Nurse Practitioner (NP) role provides autonomous, evidence-informed care across continuing care, long-term care, primary health care, acute care, urgent care, and emergency settings. Practicing within Saskatchewan Health Authority policies, CRNS standards, and legislated NP scope, the NP assesses, diagnoses, treats, prescribes, orders and interprets diagnostic tests, performs authorized procedures, and evaluates care for clients with common acute illnesses, stable chronic conditions, urgent and emergent needs,



and health promotion priorities as the most responsible provider (MRP). The NP works collaboratively with clients, families, physicians, multi-disciplinary teams, community partners, and managers to support safe, person-centred, culturally responsive, and coordinated care.

Three (3) years nursing experience

- One (1) year community nursing experience

Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP)

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Valid Class 5 driver's license

Other Education and Training

- Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale (CTAS) training
