This role requires individuals who have prior experience working in shelters hospitals, supportive housing or similar high-interaction environments, supporting vulnerable populations.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong de-escalation skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and professionalism when managing challenging behaviors. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a secure, respectful, and controlled environment for residents, staff, and visitors.ResponsibilitiesAccess Control & Monitoring Control and monitor access to the facility Verify identification, manage entry logs, and ensure only authorized individuals enter the shelterDe-escalation & Conflict Management Respond to behavioral incidents involving shelter residents or visitors Utilize verbal de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed approaches Maintain calm,
