Engage with commercial contracts, civil litigation, and errors and omissions claims.The role combines reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, managing civil disputes, and overseeing E&O claims. You will partner with various stakeholders to resolve contract issues while working independently in a fully remote setting. Ideally, candidates should have a background in insurance, with a minimum of two years post-call experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate commercial client contracts
- Manage non-employment civil disputes and litigation
- Oversee errors and omissions claims from intake to resolution
