In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to a diverse acute care population while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct nursing care to patients on a Medical/Surgical unit.Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.Monitor patient conditions, document clinical findings, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments,
