What you bring: The ideal candidate is comfortable with a diverse client base and skilled in brief interventions. They are proactive, resourceful, and organized, valuing collaboration with colleagues. You hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field; You are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OTSTCFQ (master's level required); You have atleast five years of clinical experience; You can setshort-term goals and use a solution-focused approach; You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations; You have strong time management skills and can manage a high volume of clients; You have access to a confidential workspace; Proficiencyin French required, bilingualism is an asset.
