This is a hands-on working supervisor role. The successful candidate will lead and support the Property & Facilities team while actively participating in maintenance, repairs, construction, preventative maintenance, production set building, event setup, and general facility operations.Key responsibilities include maintaining building systems and grounds, coordinating contractors and vendors, supporting church services and special events, overseeing equipment and vehicles, and responding to facility emergencies as required.RequirementsQualifications include:Minimum 5 years of facilities maintenance, construction, or property management experienceStrong practical knowledge of general building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and constructionSupervisory experience preferredExperience with tools and maintenance equipmentAbility to perform physically demanding and occasional after-hours workProduction set construction and carpentry experience is a solid assetInterested?Church on the Queensway is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process.
