Join the Television team as a Traffic Coordinator on a temporary contract in Toronto, ON (Hybrid).

Your role involves managing daily commercial logs and ensuring seamless airing of ads. As the Traffic Coordinator, you will engage with Sales and clients to oversee commercial creatives during scheduled timeslots. Key aspects of the role include maintaining break management, logging sales bookings, and ensuring compliance with advertiser and station requirements.

You will help foster relationships to facilitate timely approvals and uphold viewer satisfaction through effective log management. Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit daily commercial logs accurately
Manage and log formats for a smooth broadcasting process




Input sales data into the traffic system promptly
Schedule commercial materials and infomercials efficiently
Deliver final schedules to Master Control on time Requirements:
Degree in broadcast media or related field preferred
Experience with traffic systems, preferably S4M
Detail-oriented with solid time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
