Become a key asset in coordinating customer support and logistics at our Montreal location. As a Customer and Logistics Specialist, you will manage order fulfillment and ensure exceptional service delivery.

In this full time role, you'll work closely with customers and the supply chain for the Power by the Hour (PPH) and CFirst programs. This position requires someone with a proactive mindset to handle logistical issues and maintain smooth operations. Experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage order status and case updates
• Serve as main contact for PPH customers and internal teams
• Oversee parts receipt validation and service return




• Coordinate with Pratt & Whitney for AOG orders
• Prepare reports for PPH Tariff Administration

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Solid logistics and administrative aptitude
