American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator - Documentation for a 1-year contract in Montreal. You will manage preparation, verification, and processing of export documentation to ensure compliance and smooth shipment execution.
Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, liaising with Sales, Shipping, and Finance, and coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers. Bilingual English/French required.
