Perform emergency repair and preventative maintenance on instrumentation
Install and update products at customer locations




Document service calls and manage spare parts inventory
Train customers on proper operation of devices
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for support Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Medical Technology
1 to 3 years of practical customer interface experience
Solid communication and troubleshooting skills
Willingness to travel and work overtime
