Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing friendly and knowledgeable support
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction




Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and store procedures

Requirements
Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing stock counts
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
