Salish YMCA is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to supervise its before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You will manage staff and volunteers, deliver engaging programming, and maintain a secure environment. Your leadership will prioritize strong relationships with children, families, and community partners. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and training for new staff
Coach and mentor School Age Leaders effectively
Build relationships with families and community partners
Act as an ambassador for organizational initiatives
Ensure compliance with Child Care Licensing requirements Requirements:
At least 1 year of leadership experience
Strong communication skills and team development focus
Understanding of childcare licensing standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
