Elevate airport operations as a Resource Management Unit Specialist with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA). Support Resource Coordinators and ensure productive resource allocation at Toronto Pearson Airport.In this role, reporting to the Manager of Resource Management Unit, you will develop procedures and training materials to enhance operational effectiveness. Daily tasks involve reviewing activities, coordinating allocation changes, and providing on-shift support to Resource Coordinators while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for Resource Coordinators on shift
Review daily activities to ensure quality and compliance
Coordinate implementation of allocation changes and gate closures




Maintain qualification in all RMU operational positions
Develop and deliver training for Resource CoordinatorsRequirements:
Minimum 5 years in resource allocation delivery
2 years of airline and partner interaction experience
Proven report writing and training experience
Full qualification as a Resource Coordinator
