Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal advice on workplace legislation
Collaborate with HR on employee relations and investigations
Advise on Canadian privacy and pension laws
Support legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions
Handle highly confidential matters with discretion

Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years' Canadian legal experience
Active member of the BC Bar or eligible to practice
Experience in employment and human rights law
