Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and care
Greet customers warmly, taking their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and service areas
Assist with food handling and preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards
Support team members by sharing responsibilities for serving, food prep,



and ensuring a welcoming setting

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or as a barista is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and transaction processing
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but training will be provided
Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
Commitment to food safety practices, including proper food handling and hygiene standards
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Pay: $17.95-$20.00 per hour
