Are you an experienced Azure Data Engineer who enjoys solving complex data challenges and taking technical ownership of enterprise-scale platforms?

We’re looking for a Technical Lead – Azure Databricks Engineer with 8–10 years of Data Engineering experience and solid hands‑on expertise in Azure Databricks, PySpark, ADF, and modern data architecture.

What we’re looking for
Deep hands‑on expertise in Azure Databricks
Azure Data Factory (ADF) for ETL/data pipeline orchestration
Unity Catalog for governance, security, lineage & access control
Solid understanding of Apache Spark internals and performance tuning
Databricks performance, compute & cost optimization
Experience with Delta Lake, ADLS, Synapse & Azure SQL




Robust understanding of data modeling, schema design & data warehousing
Ability to architect Databricks environments and define pipeline/data modeling strategies
Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership

What you’ll do

You’ll lead the design and implementation of scalable Azure Databricks data platforms, optimize large-scale data pipelines, establish Databricks best practices, implement governance through Unity Catalog, and mentor engineers while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
