You will collaborate closely with landowners, project teams, and stakeholders, securing essential surface rights for multi-year project development. The ideal candidate should demonstrate solid organizational and problem-solving skills, managing multiple acquisition files independently while maintaining effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
Support surface land acquisition across Western Canada




Manage and coordinate land acquisition activities for projects
Conduct outreach and establish relationships with landowners
Negotiate required surface rights and agreements
Review and interpret land documentation for accuracy Requirements:
Experience as a Surface Land Agent or similar
Robust understanding of land acquisition processes
Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
