Dollarama in Ontario is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales goals. This role acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.

You will lead the team, assist with merchandising, stocking, cash handling, and safety compliance, while hiring, training, and developing staff. Open availability on days, evenings, and weekends is expected in a rapid-paced setting.
